 How long does it take to register? |
It depends if the registration requires accreditation of the documentation:
In the case of suppliers with accreditation of the documentation, the term will depend on the time that the supplier takes to submit the required information to the accreditation company.
In the case of suppliers that do not need accreditation, the registration is carried out by filling in the form available in this web page.

| Where may I update my records? |
The updating of the records depends on the type of registration carried out, that is, with or without accreditation:
In the case of suppliers with accreditation of their documentation, the update must be carried out with the accreditation company, by entering their user name and password.
In the case of suppliers without accreditation of their documentation, the update shall be made through this web page, by filling in the available form for suppliers without accreditation. At the beginning of this form you should select the option “supplier already registered (modify information)” and enter your user name and password.

| Why do I need accreditation? |
Because each time that you participate in a process of hiring of services, a considerable amount of documents must be submitted. If the supplier is accredited, he will have his documentation available for all the hiring processes, and will not need to submit them each time he participates. The accreditation is unique and is available for all the Business Units that are part of ENAP Group of Companies in Chile.
Notwithstanding the above, a process of hiring services may require additional documentation needed for that particular process.

| Can I be accredited later? |
Yes. In a beginning the documents can be registered in the form without accreditation and afterwards be accredited by entering to this web page in the section “Supplier with Accreditation”.

| Does the registration enables me to participate in all the processes of hiring of services or purchase of goods under my sub-field of expertise |
The registration allows the suppliers to be visible and prone to be called by all the Business Units to participate in the processes of hiring of services and purchase of goods in their corresponding sub-field of expertise, depending on the specific conditions required for each process.

| Can I participate in a hiring process if I am not registered? |
The bidding bases or terms of reference indicate that in the cases in which the suppliers are not registered, they must register at the moment of submitting the offers. The reception of the documentation will be carried out by the accreditation company and shall be within the terms established for the process in which the supplier is participating.

| Does the fact of being registered enable me to access all the Business Units of ENAP Group of Companies? |
There is only ONE registration process; therefore, if you are registered you will appear as supplier for all the Business Units of ENAP Group of Companies in Chile.

| What disqualifies me from registering? |
The only inability to register is the one mentioned in Chapter III, Article 9 of the Regulation of Suppliers of Goods and Services for ENAP Group of Companies. Such regulation is available in this web page and must be known by the supplier before registering.

| Do I obtain a certificate of registration if I am registered? |
It depends if the registration needs accreditation of the supplier’s documentation:
In the case of suppliers with accreditation, a certificate is issued by the accreditation company with the corresponding date of effectiveness.
In the case of suppliers that do not need accreditation, there is no certificate.

| The certificate issued by the accreditation company is effective for how long? |
It is effective for one year from the certificate’s date of issue.
